Light. Easy to carry around the house. comes with heavy duty scrub brushes, shampoo brushes, and a couple buff pads. Two speeds, easy to assemble, does a good job with light workload. It's a bit too light to really dig deep, but it did do a great job on my tile floors. Cons: No convenient way to stand it up with the brushes attached. You have to kind of lean it on something, which is a bit of a pain if you want alternate between scrubbing and mopping. Also, the handle to release water from the tank is on the front of the machine, so you have to take one of your hands off the handle and reach for it. This is difficult because you really need two hands on the handle while it's scrubbing. If you only hold on with one hand, the thing starts going crazy and can get out of control, so dispensing liquid becomes a bit of a juggling act.
