I keep all the office supplies in the top drawer, loose papers for the kids to color on in another, bills and envelopes in another, and then finally coloring books and my files in the larger 2 drawers. Note: this does not have a bar for hanging files, but it serves its purpose, and looks better and costs less than a traditional filing cabinet. It took me about 45 minutes to put together while watching TV. The color isnt *that* off. The drawers are a little more red than the picture shows, but not that much. It was easy to assemble... I did it myself in about an hour. I was watching TV at the same time so it might have been done quicker had I not been distracted. I bought the two pieces that go with it, and they all look so nice.
